Sometimes it’s progress you see in the gym, as you lift heavier and heavier weights, or sometimes you see it in the tasks life throws your way – what you used to struggle with becomes easy, or you’re doing things you never thought you’d be able to. It’s been an honor and a delight to help clients develop and achieve all of these victories through strength training.
